Beginning as a joint venture among three partners in February of 1996, in Kalida, OH, the facility’s footprint started out as a 97,000 sq. ft. plant. Thanks to a successful 25+ years the facility has undergone extensive expansion projects and now boasts an impressive 478,782 sq. ft. of innovative, cutting edge manufacturing excellence.

1st parts from new Aida 400 ton Stamping Press. Increased building size to 185,643 sq.ft. Manpower at 105 associates.
Building expansion and installation of 2500 ton Aida Press. Increased building size to 306,482 sq.ft. Manpower at 282 associates.
Plant expansion increasing building size to 458,782 increased manpower to 416 associates.
