The technical and maintenance teams are quick to respond to equipment downtime situations – troubleshooting and correcting issues as they arise. As well as performing preventative maintenance to the state-of-the-art equipment in the Weld/Stamping Departments. Associates are knowledgeable of PLC’s, robotic systems, stamping operation, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
With more than two decades of manufacturing high quality metal stamping expertise, KMI’s dedicated team of experienced press operators run six progressive stamping presses and two transfer stamping presses, ranging from 300 tons to 2500 tons. Our presses are equipped with computer controlled monitoring and safety features to ensure efficient production that translates into lower costs for our customers.
Accuracy and quality assurance are guaranteed through varied inspections to determine the conformity and accuracy of steel parts. Our QA team ensures the manufactured product is verified against the customer’s part drawings and specifications.
The delivery of materials from loading and unloading semi trailers to transporting materials throughout the facility. Associates control and monitor process flow of product inventory.
